Last week you found a desire in yourself and expressed that desire in the physical world. Have you received what you wanted? Have you received something else? I believe that everything we receive is a gift from the universe.

I celebrated my birthday this weekend, and I am incredibly grateful for the beautiful souls in my life, the incredible abundance that surrounds me, and the joy I feel every day that I'm alive. 

Tip: Make a gratitude list. Write down everything in your life that you're grateful for, be it people in your life, experiences you've had, desires fulfilled, or simply the fact that you are safe and warm each night.
